RZV Consulting was established by Ramsha Rizvi, who transformed her side hustle into a full-time career. With over 13 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, and business strategy, she brings a unique perspective to the table. Additionally, her experience in buying and merchandising also enables her to launch, grow, and optimize businesses while keeping every department's goals in mind. She specializes in retail, luxury markets, and community-based industries that help propel women forward, and she never shies away from exploring new avenues to grow both professionally and personally.

She's an alumna of the University of Pittsburgh and has lived and worked in New York City and Washington DC before moving back to Pittsburgh with her husband, 3 kids, and their adorable cat, Fitz. In her free time, Ramsha loves to travel, exercise (she even teaches barre), shop (kinda comes with the job, yeah?), cook, scroll through TikTok (when she should be sleeping), and spend quality time with her family and friends.

Oh, and here's a fun fact: Ramsha's birthday falls on Halloween, and so does her husband's!
